Enrollment

Enrolling at Little Generation is taking the step in the right direction to ensure educational excellence

Enrollment

To prepare for enrollment at Little Generation, please visit our facility to take a walk-in tour 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During this tour, you will learn more about what our program has to offer, discuss what type of program we offer that will work best for your family, see the facility and classrooms your child may be attending, learn more about requirements of the enrollment process, ask any questions you may have, pick up an enrollment application, and copy any required documents for your child’s application.

Subsidized Childcare through Job & Family Services:

We accept JFS subsidies for children ages 2 ½ to 12. To qualify, please turn in an application for childcare benefits to the Department of Job & Family Services. They may take up to 30 days to process this application and provide benefits. Please refer to preschool enrollment or school-age enrollment based on the age of your child.

Preschool Enrollment:

ALL preschool age students (2 ½ – 5 who have not yet entered Kindergarten) will be required to have a current physical exam (within the last year) on file and up to date shot records upon enrollment. They will also be required to have a current dental exam (within the last year) or an appointment card showing an appointment within the next month to receive the dental exam when they enroll.

ODE FREE Preschool:

Children must be 4 by September 30th to enroll in this program for the current/upcoming school year. Families will need to bring the following documents in addition to completing the enrollment application and questionnaire: birth certificate, proof of income for a month or tax return, social security card or printout, medical insurance card, and 3 proofs of residency. This program allows families to make double the income that some other programs allow.

 School Age Enrollment:

School-age children will NOT need a current physical exam or dental record on file with our office, as they already are required to have these records for the elementary school in which they are enrolled. Children in this program must have already started elementary school.

Health Conditions & Allergies:

Please notify our staff of any health conditions or allergies your child may have upon enrollment so that we can best serve your family.
